Looking for some affordable stocking stuffers for men that your husband, boyfriend, brother, son, etc. will actually like? Look no further… here it is. I compiled this list myself, and these are all either products I have and personally use or things I’d like to get in my stocking myself.
Take the hint, wife of mine.
Guy-Recommended Stocking Stuffers for Men
I’ve tried to make all of these items $20 and under, but no promises or guarantees on that since prices change pretty frequently. So, without further ado, here are my recommended stocking fillers for him.

Small Flashlight
While you can find small flashlights cheaper, quality is important. If you stick to Streamlight, SureFire, or Olight, you’re getting a good product. Something small like this is easy to slip into your pocket or to keep in the glove box in your vehicle. Get a couple of these if you can; he’ll want more than one.
Beard Grooming Kit
If your man is rocking a beard, a beard grooming kit can help him keep it from getting too wild and bushy. Unless you’re into that.
Bluetooth Shower Speaker
Get a Bluetooth shower speaker, pronto. It’s great for listening to podcasts or music. I catch up on my favorite podcasts while I shower (like Joe Rogan, The Fighter & The Kid, and Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend).
Winter Hat
Forget the baseball cap in the winter. You need a real winter hat to keep that big noggin’ warm. The Carhartt knit hat with a visor will also keep that bright winter sun out of your eyes.
Working Hands Cream
You see this stuff everywhere, but nothing beats it for dry, cracked hands. Trust me, your wife will thank you for using Working Hands. She doesn’t want to feel like she’s holding hands with the Cryptkeeper.
Book of Dad Jokes
If you don’t have a book of Dad Jokes to embarrass your kids with when their friends are over, are you even a dad? Besides, it’s the perfect read for the porcelain throne.
Cell Phone Magnetic Car Mounts
I was given these magnetic car mounts as a gift, and now I couldn’t live without them. If you struggle with your phone sliding all over the place in the vehicle, you need a magnetic car mount. This set of two is really cheap and gets the job done.
Pocket Knife
I carry a Kershaw daily and really trust this brand to be good quality. A pocket knife comes in handy in so many situations… opening packages, whittling while waiting on your wife to leave the store, etc. Everyone should have a good, sturdy pocket knife.
Work Gloves
A good pair of work gloves are an essential in any man’s tool kit or wardrobe. These insulated Carhartt work gloves are great for those times when you just have to get out and work in the cold—stacking firewood, changing a tire, or shoveling snow. You don’t have to be working, though… these look good just for regular winter wear.
Ear & Nose Hair Trimmer
The older you get, the more hair you see in unexpected places. In your ears… on top of your ears like a lynx… in your nose. This ear and nose hair trimmer takes care of those unwanted patches of fuzz.
Shave Set
For any man who likes the old fashioned way of lathering up his face for a shave, this shave set is perfect. I’ve personally used it for years and prefer it to shaving gel/foam in a can.
Cold Weather Socks
Cold weather socks are essential for anyone who works outdoors or is active in outdoors hiking, camping, hunting, or whatever. They’re comfortable, warm, and hold up really well.
Pocket Notebook
It’s always a good idea to have a pocket notebook on hand to jot down ideas and important things you need to remember. I use one a lot in my work, but I think any man would find it useful.
Coffee Mug
A coffee mug is a traditional gift, I know, but this Ron Swanson mug is great for any guy who can quote Parks and Rec all day long. And if he hasn’t seen Parks & Rec, get a Netflix subscription immediately and binge-watch the show.
Nice Ink Pen
If you do a lot of writing, I recommend these Pentel EnerGel pens. They’re all I use now for work; my wife got me hooked on them. They don’t skip, and the ink lasts a long time. You can also get ink refills HERE.
Wireless Charger
I don’t know if this is true of all guys, but the first thing to go on my phone is always the charger port. It’s no problem now thanks to wireless chargers. I recommend a version like this that allows the phone to charge while standing. Some of the chargers that require you laying your phone on the platform to charge won’t work if you have a magnetic car mount on the back.
QALO Silicone Ring
If your man works with his hands, works out a lot, or works in the fields of law enforcement, military, fire fighting, etc. these silicone rings come in handy. They’re inexpensive, so if they get lost, it’s no big deal. They’re a lot more comfortable to wear than metal rings if you’re working with your hands, too.
Screwdriver Set
Every man needs a good screwdriver set. You can’t go wrong with this one from Craftsman. You’ll probably need them for Christmas morning, anyway, to install batteries in all the kids’ toys.
Beef Jerky
What can I say about beef jerky? It’s a tasty snack, and most guys like it. It holds up well for camping, hiking, hunting, or just sitting in the recliner.
Black Rifle Coffee
Does the man in your life need more caffeine than the usual cup of Joe provides? Black Rifle Coffee is just the ticket with twice the amount of caffeine as a regular cup. They are also pro-military and pro-law-enforcement, so if the recipient is in that line of work, he’ll appreciate it.
Pliers Set
I’ve included this pliers set in particular because I saw a review of them on the WranglerStar YouTube channel. He compared the side cutters in this set with a name brand pair, and they performed very well. Besides, every man needs a good set of pliers.
Golf Towel & Brush Kit
Keep those irons and woods clean with this golf brush and towel kit. It comes with a carabiner to attach to your golf bag so you don’t lose any of the pieces. Great idea for anyone who likes to golf regularly.
Whiskey Stones
Cool down your drink without watering down the whiskey with a nice set of whiskey stones. This set comes in a wooden box and includes a pair of tongs.
