If you liked our 3 ingredient cocktail wieners, you’re going to love these 3 ingredient Crockpot BBQ meatballs, too. Although you can use any type of barbecue sauce and jelly you like, we really like to pair a sweet, smoky sauce with a citrus jelly like apricot preserves or orange marmalade. Try them and let us know how you like them!
This recipe is another favorite for game days or potlucks because they’re easy to make. Simply dump the ingredients into your crockpot, and you’re all set to go for a few hours until they’re done. While you can eat these alone (and we do, if we’re serving them as appetizers), they’re great paired with rice or mashed potatoes, too.

- 26 oz. frozen meatballs, about 50 meatballs (Homestyle is best… if you get Italian meatballs or something similar, it will really affect the BBQ flavor)

- 12 oz. Orange marmalade
Tangy Crockpot BBQ Meatballs Directions:
Step 1: Add frozen meatballs to crockpot.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine bbq sauce and marmalade.
Step 3: Pour sauce/jelly mixture over meatballs.
Step 4: Cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
Step 5: Serve as-is for an appetizer, or on top of white or brown rice as a main dish.
If you plan to serve these meatballs over rice, make sure you save all the sauce, too.
